Let me begin with “The Beginning”
In the name of God, The Kind, The Merciful
Praise be to Lord, the Sustainer and Cherisher of the worlds
The Merciful, the Kind
Lord of the Day of Judgment
Thee alone do we worship, Thee alone do we turn for help
Guide us through the Straight Path
The Path on which the prophets and saints have walked
And not (the path) of those who have gone astray.
For those who do not know, this is the first chapter (sura) of the Qur’an, named Sura Al-Fatiha in Arabic.

Salaam Brother,
Ameen
Ameen
Salaams gess!
Brother, this was an excellent way to start a blog (or actually move to a new blog); i’m enjoying your posts and find them very persuasive – even when they’re short.
JazakAllah khair for this, sister. I am really really glad that I am making sense. Gives me the much required confirmation that I am not only babbling!
Manas:
Where do you get that?!!
You shouldn’t read what Tariq Ramadan and his types write. You are thousand times better and most importantly , sincere!
I know I don’t come here and comment, but I do read your blog, and there is a reason why I put your URL on my blogroll.
Salaams sister
Now please, don’t say something like that.
Manas,
What is wrong with telling the truth
Let us not compare like that, sister. Ramadan is a good writer. I respect him.
Manas,
I was not targeting Mr. Ramadan or any Muslim Scholars, and never did in my life, because I was brought up that way by my mother.
My intention was that you take the road less traveled by.
Anyway, Salaam Bbrother.
Oh, no, sister. I wasn’t saying you were targeting. I said you compared. But it’s a difficult comparison. He’s a well known and respected person. I am almost nobody. Anyway, lets not bother too much about it.
