Another option is being happy and making some else happy as well by feeding them or helping them emotionally or financially... If you concerntrate on darker side, you'll find nothing hopeful, and if concerntrate on positive aspect, slowly and gradually you'll find plenty of things to be happy about :) If you stay happy and be happy with God because He given you sense enough to make some else happy, God will be happy with you..atleast thats what my philosophy is...
